Depot Manager - HEREFORD We are looking for a Manager to join our new team at our HEREFORD depot. You will be responsible for all of the Hire administration, responding to customer queries and liaising with colleagues at other GTAccess locations. Daily responsibilities Day to day involvement in a busy hire office, supporting the management team. Logistics planning of daily deliveries & collections. Communicating with Customers Taking orders Dealing with all hire processes including hire contracts, exchanges and breakdowns and updating our Hire and CRM systems Dealing with any customer queries in a professional, friendly manner and advising on equipment needs Ensuring that all opportunities to maximise the company’s sales to a customer are attained.
