INSURANCE COVER

Access Equipment is expensive to repair or replace. We offer GTA ALL RISK which offers excellent cover against total loss including fire, theft and accidental damage.

I / We would like GTA All Risk cover at 22.5% of the hire rate. I / We have read the terms and conditions . I / We understand that CPA Model Conditions for the hiring of plant (2011) terms and conditions still apply.

I / We have our own Hired in plant insurance and do not require GTA All Risk. I / We agree to keep this policy in place and notify GTAccess Ltd of any changes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE

I / We declare that the above information is correct and I / We authorise you to make enquiries in relation to this account at your discretion. I / We understand that you may refuse opening a credit account without reason. I / We confirm I / We have received and read a copy of the CPA Model Conditions for hiring of plant (2011) and that I / We agree to be bound by these conditions. Please note that when off hiring equipment you must always obtain an off hire number, failure to do so may result in you being held liable for on-going hire charges. Terms of Payment: 30 days from date of invoice. Failure to comply may result in loss of all allowed discount and statuary interest calculated at 8% per annum from due date until payment is received. I / We would like an online MyGTA account that will allow you to manage the account as an authorised officer of the company. The online account will give the said individual administration access to an online portal where they can manage the account, view training and machine hire logs, request off-hire, and view invoicing.
