Trainer 25 September 2018 Share Share Share Share We are pleased to announce that following a thorough assessment we have now been accredited as a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO). The CITB is changing the way it supports training for the construction industry and part of this strategic change involves the creation of the ATO status which they award to training providers who have gone through the CITB’s stringent approval process. As an ATO we are now recognised by the CITB as well as the British construction industry as a training provider who can deliver a variety of exceptional quality training that meets the industry approved standards. GT Access’ Training Manager, Stewart Flood said “I’m delighted to be able to announce that we have been recognised as an approved training organisation by the CITB. As a company, we’re always looking to expand our range of training courses and improve the service we provide to our customers. Now that we have ATO status we can take a certain amount of the burden off the client when it comes to the task of claiming for qualifying courses” As an Approved Training Organisation (ATO), GTAccess now uploads the details of the learner’s achievement, onto the Construction Training Register, thereby triggering the automated grant process. This will speed up the payment process and remove the need for employers to complete paperwork. See a full list of GTAccess courses that are eligible for CITB Grant Funding. www.citb.co.uk
